-1 oz Simple Syrup
-0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-Cucumber
-Fresh Mint

HOW TO MIX THE DERBY COCKTAIL

Muddle cucumber in a mixing glass, add mint and bruise, add remaining ingredients, fill glass with ice, shake, strain and pour into a martini glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a cucumber wheel.
