Quotations and Orders

Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT, or similar tax. The prices for VAT are clearly listed.

In the event of a product being unavailable, a product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place. Props for the purpose of photographic enhancement are not included in the hampers. Nothing in the description of the goods shall be taken to constitute a sale by description.


Cancellation & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 5 working days of you receiving the goods. Order changes or cancellations made by the customer to the Company must be notified in writing to the Company at least 5 working days prior to agreed date of dispatch. Returned product must be in it’s original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded if product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

1.Please ensure product is returned inoriginal packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are meet
2. Please call us on 021 4834040 with your order number ( see delivery note attached to your order for this number). We will issue you with a returns authorisation code. The customer service line is manned Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
3.Please include a note stating the reason for return, along with your original delivery documentation and your return authorisation code.
4.Please take your parcel to your choice of shipper we recommend you local post office and please return your parcel to Heritage Hampers Ltd, Heritage House, Carrigaline Industrial Park, Carrigaline, Co Cork. We recommend that you use registered post so a product can be tracked if necessary.


Ownership

The goods remain the property of Heritage Hampers Limited until payment is received in full.

Payment

Payment must be made in full four working days prior to dispatch. A 25% deposit must accompany all orders. Payment may be made by one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Laser. Cheques or bank drafts should be made payable to Heritage Hampers Limited. If you wish to open an account with Heritage Hampers please phone the accounts department for further details.

Europe/EU delivery charges are available on request for all hampers. Outside of Europe the "Home for Christmas" Hamper is available worldwide excluding the U.S.A.

Proof of delivery of hamper(s) shall be good evidence of the delivery of the specific hamper(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to the delivery of a specific item herein. The customer is responsible for providing correct addresses, telephone numbers and postal codes. The Company cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any claims must be made within fourteen days of dispatch date.


Limitation as to Damages

The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that such items are damaged in transit, the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of the item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury, consequential or inconsequential loss or damage to property howsoever caused.


General

Gift card messages or complimentary slips may be included in any gift.  Alcohol is not available to persons under the age of eighteen years of age.


Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason, within a seven-day period, known as the cooling off period.
This period runs from seven working days from the day on which the goods are received or 3 months from the date of receipt of goods if you have not received all the information you are entitled to or on the day on which you received all the information you are entitled to.


Returns Policy

We will except goods returned once we receive notification of the return within 3 working days of the goods being received. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the wrong goods were delivered.  


Refunds

If you have already paid for the goods/services, the seller must refund your money within 30 days from the cancellation date. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the good. A refund will not be issued until the goods have been returned.

You most likely will have to pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are :
· Faulty 
· Not of satisfactory quality 
· Different to the ones you ordered
