1.Ordering Gifts
1.1 How do I order hampers from the Heritage Hampers website?
A. Registering your details:
In order to shop with us online, you are required to create a profile. Go to the right hand side of the screen under where it says Login and click on Login and on that new page should have Register here. Click that to Register a new Profile
Fill in all the appropriate mandatory fields. Please note that the login and password are case sensitive.
Note if you choose to become a member [or register to become a member], the Contact, Billing and Shipping information will be stored in our database and filled in automatically for you the next time you make a purchase.
P.S. You must login on your return for this to happen.
B. Finding an Item:
Choose from our hampers or luxury gifts listed under the Categories heading in the left hand column.
Alternatively, in the left hand column also, you can shop By Occasion or By Price.
In addition to this, if you know what you’re looking for you can use the Search facility. Type the relevant text into the Search box located on the right hand side of the screen and click Go. For example, type in 'chocolate', click Go and all relevant hampers with the word 'chocolate' will appear. Click on the hamper for more information.
C. Selecting an Item:
Once you have chosen a suitable gift, select the appropriate quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will add the gift to your shopping cart.
Note: To view an item in more detail, click on the picture icon.
When the item is in your cart, you can easily remove or change the quantity of the item.
You may now continue to shop for other items or proceed to the checkout to pay for your chosen item.
Note: If you are logged on as a member to our website, the contents of your shopping cart will remain there (even after logging out) until you buy the item(s) or remove the item(s) from your cart. This useful feature allows you to store items you'd like to buy on your next visit to the Heritage Hampers site.
D. Ordering the Item:
When shopping is complete click on the 'Checkout' button.
Modify the Contact, Billing and Shipping fields if different to when you registered.
Enter your credit card details, preferred delivery date and gift message.
Click Submit Order.
Your order has now been placed. You will automatically be emailed an order number and confirmation of the order details. You may also log back in at any time and check your order in the Orders History section.
1.2. How can I pay/What are my payment options?
Heritage Hampers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Laser.
You may also send a cheque, bank draught, postal order or make a bank
transfer. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

1.3. Do I pay VAT on my purchases?
Yes VAT @ 21% is included in the price of all the products on our website.
1.4. Can I order by Phone or Fax?
Yes. Orders can be taken by either Phone (021-4834040 or +353 21 4834040 from outside Ireland) or Fax (021-4834030 or +353 21 4834030 from outside Ireland). The Heritage Hampers phone lines are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday through to Friday. You may also leave a message outside these hours and we will return your call as soon as possible.
1.5. Will my Recipient know the value of the hamper(s) I am sending?
No. There are no details sent which list the value of the gift you have purchased.
1.6. How will the Recipient know whom the hamper is from?
We offer the option of putting a personalised greeting card in with your hamper.
1.7. Is it possible to choose my own products for a hamper?
Yes, if you go to the Hamper Factory section on the Home Page you can
select your personalised hamper.
1.8. What is the final date for ordering my Christmas Hampers?
The final date for receipt of orders to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is the 14th December.
The final date for receipt of orders for the Hamper Factory to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 7th December.
1.9. Do you have a brochure, which can be sent to my address?
Yes, go to Brochure Download on our homepage and click on Brochure Request.
2. Shipping Queries
2.1. What shipping carrier will be used?
Heritage Hampers have aligned with An Post and Dunphy Despatch and other local couriers to offer an excellent delivery service.
2.2. How long does shipping take?
We dispatch all orders received before 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday) that same day.
Orders received after 3 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days to anywhere in Ireland.
Approximately 95% of the country is next day delivery; however, please allow 2 days for more rural areas.
Worldwide delivery times are dependent on the specific destination.
2.3. Can I specify on which day to deliver my hamper?
Yes, when completing your order, in the notes section, below where you enter your credit card details, simply fill in the preferred delivery date in the relevant field with your requested date. Please note that in the run up to Christmas; it may not be possible to stipulate specific dates for delivery.
2.4. Can I specify a delivery time during the day to deliver my gift?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to specify a delivery time during a specific day to deliver gifts. We use third party couriers who deliver our hampers via hundreds of local drivers. If you believe your recipient or someone on their behalf may not be home for delivery, perhaps you can specify a suitable work address.
2.5. Do you deliver every day of the week?
No, unfortunately our courier service does not deliver at the weekend.
2.6. Are there any days which particular products cannot be delivered?
Yes, any perishable foods (such as cheese) cannot be delivered on a Monday as we cannot deliver over the weekend.
3.Security
3.1. Are my credit card details secure?
Yes, Heritage Hampers is a Starfield Secure Site which encrypts all of your payment information. We use Starfield's expert security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. For more information on Starfield, please go to the Heritage Hampers home page and click on the Starfield Secure Site icon.
4.Account Details
4.1. I’ve forgotten my password – Please help?
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the Help zone on the bottom left hand side of the screen and click on Recover Password.
In the email field enter the email address you used for registration and click submit. Your account information will be mailed to you shortly.
