Deliveries To Ireland
All gifts are despatched Monday to Friday only. Orders must be processed before 12am for next day delivery. There is a delivery charge on all orders. Orders received on a Friday will not be despatched until Monday. Delivery for specific days cannot be guaranteed. Where orders are placed after last notified order date the company does not except responsibility for late deliveries.
You are responsible for providing correct address, telephone number and postal code. The company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone contact details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfalls must be notified to the company in writing within four days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days Heritage Hampers cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any products or any items contained in the hamper, or charge any duty. Any shortfalls or damaged goods must be notified to the company within two working days of receipt of the goods.
Proof of delivery of hamper(s) shall be good evidence of the delivery of the specific hamper(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to the delivery of a specific item herein.
